The Select Federal Natural Resource Management Committee voted to advance a joint resolution asking Congress to amend the Federal Mineral Leasing Act so the state could administer and manage leasing of federal minerals in Wyoming; the committee also approved a conceptual amendment to include all minerals covered by the Mineral Leasing Act.
