An adventure happened. Great to get up to #HalfonForest to borrow a ‘tramper’ off-road power chair and test some lovely @albion_cycling threads. I’m not cycling. I’m not running. I’m not even walking. But, as they say, #StayOutsideLonger. Good for your head. Good for your health. Onwards.

First #wheelchair adventure for Roger (amputation #2) and Trevor’s leg (prosthetic #1). Dogs are delighted the gang is back together.
It’s unseasonably mild. Mid-Nov and I’m out scooting around in a T-shirt. It’s nice, but I was hoping to wear my snazzy Albion Cycling outers.

Exhausting day improved by the arrival of a lovely jacket from good friends #AlbionCycling. Waterproof, lightweight, toasty warm - it’s going to be my new do-everything cycling/handcycling/wheelchairing/casual jacket so I can #StayOutsideLonger.
