Our Stop School Cuts campaign, supported by 10,000 parents, led to progress in school funding.

Chancellor Rachel Reeves added £2.3bn in the Budget.

While it's a start, it doesn't fully reverse previous cuts. Our campaign continues 👉 buff.ly/2GYAwOG #StopSchoolCuts #NEUChristmas

Great to meet with headteachers from across Merseyside to talk about the reality of school budgets.

Staffing pressures, rising pastoral needs, SEND costs are just some of the issues hitting classrooms hard.

Our schools cannot keep absorbing these pressures alone.

📍Liverpool. A room full of headteachers telling it as it is.

Budgets shrinking, expectations climbing. Barely enough to keep things running.

What stood out? Solidarity and energy to keep demanding better for our students.

Thanks to the MPs who joined us: @kimjohnsonmp.bsky.social and Ian Byrne 🙌

Nearly ¾ of schools in England have faced cuts in real-term funding since 2010.

With 74% of schools having less funding since 2010, let's restore this funding and give our school communities the resources they need to thrive.
