if anyone would like an alternative, Streamerbot recently hit version 1.0 and has a lot of the same functions as SAMMI, and it's what I use for my daily quest check-in + tavern membership card

Import it into Streamerbot, it will generate 4 actions, 1 for the source code, 1 readme + 2 example actions
HOW DO I USE IT?
All YOU need to know is the Trigger/Event name in Mtion you created, and all the parameters you need to pass in!
Set values for 2 Global Variables
MTION_EVENT_TO_TRIGGER
The name of your event
MTION_EVENT_PARAMS_CSV
Params to pass to MTION
Separated by a backtick '`'
Then you just call the method named "TriggerEvent" in the "MtionAPI" object
No params? Just leave it blank!
TECHY EXPLANATION
This plugin makes HTTP/API calls from Streamerbot to Mtion's client
There are 2 API calls it makes
/external-trigger/triggers
Get all triggers setup in Mtion
We call this so we can grab the
user-friendly <NAME> of the trigger
you setup in Mtion, this way all YOU
have to do is tell Streamerbot the
name of your trigger and the code
will grab the ID for you so you don't
have to find it yourself!

The code accepts a CSV list of

If you're looking for alternatives, I cannot recommend StreamerBot (@streamer.bot) and its sister SpeakerBot enough!!
SoundAlerts, Tangia, StreamStickers, TTS Monster, FrostyTools.
I know there are more but I'm still waking up.
All of these have genAI TTS built in.
They get 20%~ of your bits when you use them, btw. Don't fund the theft machine!

Was completely unaware of this until now, but SoundAlerts now offer AI TTS as a Premium feature. I don't think I was using their service anymore anyway, but I'm loudly adding this to the list of slop services I shall be avoiding. 💖
