Until now, Unicode property escapes of the form \p{...} or \P{...} were not implemented in stringMatching. This release adds support for them so stringMatching can generate matching values directly.

Normally our `string` builder only builds UTF16 valid strings. It can be tweaked to produce any code-point or just subsets of the possible space: ASCII only? Graphemes only?...

Otherwise we also our helper called `stringMatching` to build strings matching a regex.
