Aaaand one more update after a weekend of use.

Got a Kiwi audio + battery strap (decent quality?)
Fixed mic + speaker audio issues by using usb c to 3.5mm adapter
Printed + installed face tracker (works great!)

Definitely a helmet-like feel, which I don't mind. Just need eye tracking now!

It wasn’t loud.
It didn’t rush.

I made it much more comfortable with some accessories...

- Quest 2 Battery Strap as counterweight
- Pimax Pleather gasket for halo-like strap feel
- Studioform top strap from Quest Pro for more head support

Printing an adapter for Vive face tracker now, we'll see how that goes

ok so maybe the bigscreen beyond 2 is Good actually once you spend another hundo on mods from studioform

Incredible screen with a dogshit default way to put that screen on your face but once you give it comfier face padding / audio strap padding: it's p good??????????

I tell every QPro owner, buy this it's an absolute game changer. No more front plate, no pressure on your head anymore. I can go 12 hours, no VR face ever again. The KKCVO battery packs are great, and 3 will carry you for a night swapping.

Tuned the @oculus Quest with the Studioform head strap to better distribute it's weight - huge increase in comfort, and got the 5m link cable today. Very happy!

studioform didn't send me the spacers with my face thing so I need to try and get those but I think with those it'll be Good actually, like I just want more cushion around my face

it does Feel like a smaller screen, like. My index feels like I have more peripheral

but it's so CRISP in there

debating if I should try this face thingy out because like. I don't think bigscreen's style of "shove this thing as close as possible up to your face" really is doin' it for me, I never cranked my index lenses as close to my eyes as I could
