knowing that shanahan wrote studysync............ it all makes sense now. one time a parent complained abt us reading the hunger games (WHICH IS A STUDYSYNC NOVEL) and my admin told me "well the curriculum doesnt require u to read all of hunger games, just excerpts" LMFAOOOO
this is like a capsule summary of the problems with a singular focus on quantifiable data

Never heard of StudySync but the premise of just reading excerpts is horrifying. Critical thinking skills and attention spans atrophy with this approach. Where's the fun? Sure we used Cliff and Monarch Notes in h/s, but we READ the books. @aaronrhanlon.com any observations as an expert?
