I fly FPV. You need like 20 to 30 hours in a simulator just to get going. They are really hard to fly.
You can fly in angle mode, which is what I think most of them are doing as that gives you more horizontal stability. But it's still no picnic. It's a lot of fun though

I fly FPV. You need like 20 to 30 hours in a simulator just to get going. They are really hard to fly.

I'd like to see relaxed regs on needing a VO for flights very close to the operator (and I'm staying sub250 to ignore rID) but they were relatively sane! It could be so much worse!

I started on a sub250 5in quad and going to a tinywhoop was fantastic, you can just post up anywhere and fly. It's a cute little toy, no one cares so you get to have more fun more places
