Yesterday, Subbify hit a milestone with over 150 downloads, resulting in 12 trial sign-ups and 2 lifetime purchases! To top it off, the app unexpectedly ranked #167 in the USA.I didn’t make any change. Not sure what sparked this surge, but I’m not complaining! Haha.

Don't focus on downloads. If you reach PMF you're download will rise. Use the 40% rule to reach PMF. Ask your users 2 questions: Would you be disappointed if you couldn't use Subbify? Only if you get more than 40% of "Very disappointed" you've reached PMF. Followup with why?
