It is marked ”comms” in the MT chart and on the schematic submarinecablemap. Electrical and quite detailed in your link.

Have you recently compared OSM's subsea telecom data with submarinecablemap? The community seems to have made some big strides forward accuracy wise in the Baltic but I haven't compared with the Irish Sea.
