If your subnet requirement is /12 then your subnet mask will look like 255.255.240.0 i dont make the rules baby i just enforce them

I agree 😂 there are 6 x 24 bit subnet masks = 1524 usable addresses and 4 x 28 bit subnet masks = 52 usable addresses so around 1700 authorised SMTP server addresses plus the 365 servers, salesforce, and the other DNS entries.

Oh look at that, just caught my LG TV doing a network scan on udp/9. It hit the entire 10.13.12.0/24 even though the subnet is a /30.
