Autistic burnout, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain, as well as the airborn illnesses rampant in OK, are causing me to be a shut in and to not connect with folx, and are not allowing me to mute the constant unaliving litany that lives in my brainpan. I’m having issues talking about what is harming me, as everyone I know is ALSO not ok. Plus, everything going on in the US and the world. And and and. So please, let me know how may help you, if I can. I don’t have much, but I’ll do what I can. It helps me to help, especially when I cannot help myself.
