Great piece & IMO, we stay on all their necks until we:

expand the SC
undo Citizens United
Medicare for All
protect trans folks
tax the rich (esp billionaires)
abolish ICE
shore up voting rights
yeet private equity into the sun
real regulation on tech, AI, surveillance
anti-trust a real thing again
Court reform should very much be on the agenda for Democrats this term.

As I noted in this piece, a lot of Democrats have drawn the wrong lessons from the history of FDR's court-packing plan.
Unpacking the Court
In recent months, the breathtaking radicalism and brazen corruption of the current Supreme Court has reignited the longstanding debate over reforming the Court by expanding the number of Justices.

Next few weeks will see a major surge in tech companies hiring Dem formers for big bucks to Demwash their images. Not speculation. I know of several instances where it is happening. It is transparent. And for a bunch of these companies it's not going to work...they flew too close to the orange sun.

It's like the bat signal of shitty tech bros, but all you need to do to find them is get them to talk two seconds before firing them into the sun.

Turns out, living in California doesn’t guarantee plenty of UVB.

Solar panel efficiency can drop by as much as 25 percent in the hot sun. To get more out of photovoltaics, researchers in Baghdad are testing solar panels that cool themselves and simultaneously provide cool air for buildings.

Elon Musk, philosopher-king of the tech bros, declares "empathy" a design flaw.

What a debut season in the new conference for Louisiana Tech in the Sun Belt. 5-0 and look like the favorites. Almost guaranteed a championship game spot at this stage.

There is no mandate in #BAAJA that data centers be connected to the grid, and apparently Big Tech understands that quite well.

I can't say I don't absolutely love this. With the DPC's hiring, their complete lack of action on collecting fines, and the Irish government's willingness to engage in photo ops with every tech company under the sun, the criticism is entirely deserved, and if anything too polite.

Fuck that. I grew up I Los Altos and family is still there. We don’t want reconciliation with the crazy Nazi tech bros. Fire them into the sun. The critical campaigns didn’t accept corporate/pac money - talarico, el sayed etc. read the room: Jeffries needs to go. Capitulation isn’t going to cut it.
