So lange First Level Supportende sich nicht mal die Mühe machen, meine Anfragen ordentlich zu lesen, für die ich mir übertrieben viel Zeit gelassen habe um ja keine Interpretationsspielräume zu lassen (war mal selber im Support), so lange werde ich KI-geführte Supportbots bevorzugen. 🤷‍♂️

I'm not as concerned about AI writing bland music or deepfakes or making paperclips as some people are, but in this moment I am ready to start a revolution to exterminate all useless supportbots.
Supportbot: "I understand that this might be frustrating. If you need specific assistance or if there's anything you would like to discuss with us, please let me know, or I can connect you to a live support agent who can assist you further. Would you like me to do that?" Me: "Connect me with a live support agent." Supportbot: "I'm sorry, but it seems that the option to connect with a live support agent is not available through this system. However, blah blah blah..."

i'm fascinated by how much people love and are amazed by chat gpt saying "nice catch!" and "great observation!" because i personally find the condescension and obsequiousness the most skin-crawling thing about how LLMs "talk"
