This initially started out as a Krita sketch. At the time, I had an old SurfaceBook 2 sitting around and decided to install Linux Mint on it. It only took 45 minutes including download times and everything worked, the touchscreen, external memory, the Surface Pen. So I started this piece on that SurfaceBook 2 as a test for Krita on Linux. After a time, I used Affinity Designer to create what you see here for want of a vector version of the original drawing.

I have a relatively old Macbook M1 air and for work had a surfacebook2 and the macbook tracking pad is miles better to use. IDK what it is it just feels so much better

Interesting. In Australia, the #SurfaceBook2 15" 256GB is basically the same price as the 13.5" 512GB (which I have owned for almost a month now). Matching the "512GB" would cost an extra ~$500

I'm happy with my 13.5" decision - 15" would be too bulky for my use case.

Tiny bit bummed - I got Sets on my #SurfacePro4, which is awesome. Then I set up my new #SurfaceBook2 & reinstalled Windows on my gaming desktop PC last night - neither have Sets.

Is anyone else having mouse or keyboard issues with their Surface Book 2 lately?

Mine stops responding for about 20 seconds, at random times. Supremely annoying.

This was an issue in the early days, but a FW update fixed it. @surface #surfacebook #surfacebook2
