The board adopted a preliminary resolution and set a public hearing for Aug. 3 on proposed limited obligation bonds not to exceed $25 million; they also approved three-year $1 leases for state probation offices, accepted a $10,000 bid on a surplus parcel, terminated the Trillium lease at the hospital campus, and made several appointments by acclamation.
