Het zou niet zo moeten zijn dat je werkomgeving een survivalcourse is. In de trein wel mensen strategieën hebben horen bespreken om iemand te beschadigen. Walgelijke types. Als het ze was gelukt had het geen zin meer, maar ik gaf dit boek wel om te laten zien dat het niet onopgemerkt was gebleven.
