(The med you're trying now is the one that didn't work for me, and the med you're swapping from is the one that did. What works really well for my spouse is a third one that was barely detectable for me. Brains are so weird! I'm very glad there's more than one option these days.)

It's very often stated clearly in NA trp3 profiles where you stand on it, whereas on EU it was more of a "there no need to state the obvious" type of stance-

the 7th gen’s clickwheel as already very out of whack, swapping it actually made it work better.
i have been up all night doing surgery on an ipod (literally just face and click-wheel swapped my marketplace 7th gen with a silver face and a better clickwheel from a bad 6th gen ipod)
