It occurs to me that it's also possible that since the doctor walked in on me laying on the exam table in a supta swastikasana pose with my hands over my head there was no need to check that thoroughly that I'm actually hypermobile with pain issues.
The rheumatologist touched my finger and wiggled me knee and proceeded to Sherlock my entire medical history at me.
That was impressive and unsettling.
Five minutes later got a referral for some imaging I needed, medication I wanted, and a hypermobile specializing physical therapist!
