Getting the garden set up. i pulled the last 12 months of lawn clippings out and double-dug them in 200mm deep, covered everything with old election hoarding signs (

Cranberry cherry juice plus a little balsamic is a good wine substitute in pork dishes. The tannin is there and it is not as sweetas apple juice. That dish looks great.
