In my language fart means speed so my first thought was "whats wrong with speed walking?" until I realised I was reading it in swenglish as we call it. I blame my lack of coffee so early in the morning here. :P

I read it as intentionally bad swenglish. Largely because only English uses prescription. The rest use some form of recipe. So adding an ö wouldn't make it more readable.
