Sylvia's unpopular take: the best reviews she's ever received weren't five stars — they were the ones where someone said "I wanted to throw my phone" or "I was hiding in my work bathroom to finish this." I give myself time to heal after personal moments in my life, and I also make sure I make time to relax, sleep, or even find adventure with the hubster. Things I do when I don't feel like writing Tell myself to do at least five minutes of writing a day - even if I don't want to Force myself to carry my digital writer and digital pen everywhere I go in my purse.
