Why am I feeling like this is just a ruse?
My guess- TACO45 is testing the military allegiance in California first - if his military is obeying - he will go after a few more Blue States (probably close to the north border) & then Canada.

PS: it's so pathetic that we so willingly destroyed the multitude of relationships with our global economic and security partners. The structure took more than 70 years to build and mere months to destroy. So much goodwill we squandered on this experiment with TACO45/47 fascist demagoguery.

I believe that the POTUS TACO45/47 regime still holds a grudge towards Venezuela for nationalizing oil and related infrastructures back in the mid-1970s and 1980s. Most of TACO’s agenda and pet projects seem to come from that time period. Putin too.
