I'm trying to set CPU affinity for a process using taskset. How do I know how many cores I have? The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X and the manufacturer says it has 6 cores, but I don't know if that's how many it has for taskset purposes.

cpupower to restrict frequency, taskset to restrict all processes to e cores (0-3). there's a stackoverflow answer I used somewhere for the second one
