God, #TDbank really sucks. Years ago I paid off and closed a loan. Then months later they found a $1 interest fee (not a typo) which went unpaid. Now they are ruining my credit. Unbelievable - and the CFPB is less than useless.

My favorite is the use of “ActBlue-funded” to create a sense of conspiracy. Oh word, were they also Mastercard-and-Visa-funded? If I write Indivisible a check, are they now TDBank-funded?

Ugh, today's bad navigation offender is TDBank, where the button to redeem credit card rewards is *only* available in mobile... and if you use the dev tools to simulate a mobile device, they make you re-login.
(The rewards button used to be there in web, so taking it away was... a choice.)
