#TEZSPIRE
I’m disappointed that Tezspire went with the suburban mom character as their mascot instead of the hunky punk dude.

It's been a few months, and I don't feel like the Tezspire is working well.

Emailed my respirologist to ask which biologic gave me the best pulmonary function results: Nucala, Dupixent, Tezspire?

Just wanna breathe, man. 🫁

Hoffentlich bringt es was. Bisher immerhin keine Anaphylaxie oder so 😅

Nothing like a shot of tezspire to slow the whole day down.

*grumble* If I have a third reaction to the Tezspire that's it. I already am on the fence about it anyway. Sigh.

🎶oh oh oh, tezspire🎶

After about 7 years, Nucala's effects waned.
Switched to Dupixent, and now Tezspire. They do something, just not as effective.

Maybe if I switch back? Respirologist said long-term on biologics is still unknown (do we become immune?).

I am on biologic antibody (tezspire), budesonide+albuterol (on nebulizer), combination inhalers (airsupra, breztri)..so..yes. Thankful for tezspire especially, I was going to the ER for IV steroids every two weeks-once a month prior to availability of that therapy.

Tezspire ads play near constantly, their marketing budget must be thru the roof.

Those tezspire(?) commercials with the pixar mom are unnerving.

Wait. (Does a google) wait. So if the drug I've been approved for by insurance, Tezspire, basically works upstream in the same system as Xolair, it'll also probably have a mast cell stabilizing effect? That'd be amazing tbh. Singulair changed my life more than any other med and I want better.

I don't even have asthma, but the commercials have convinced me. Going to ask my doc for Tezspire.
October 10, 2025 at 12:02 AM
Oh HEY that would explain a lot about that result for me (Always a little elevated! Not elevated enough for official esinophilic asthma like my asthma doctor seemed to be thinking and I get that kind of Pain and No On- anyway)

I wonder if I'll see it clear up with the Tezspire, too...

Guessing I need to take more prednisone?
It appears that I am still having an allergic reaction to tezspire!
Or mold?
Or juniper?
Or ????

Asthma involves many pathways, which is why Tezspire’s target of TSLP has become a game‑changer. By blocking this “master switch,” it helps reduce severe exacerbations in patients. For a quick breakdown of how it works, check out my latest public health video!

OK, good people, please pull together with the universe for me. My lungs are SO BAD. My asthma is the worst it's ever been in 57 years. My very good lung doc thinks Tezspire, a biologic, will work well for me. I think I should get my first dose next week. Please please please work. I'm on the edge.
