Yellow's 2 major competitors, ABF Freight, and TForce are also unionized. Yellow was buying all their smaller rivals with $1.5 billion in debt. Those interest payments were impossible to afford once interest rates rose.
Also the US govt bailed them out for $700 mil in 2020 so we paid for it lmao

I have the worst feeling DHL lost my prints because apparently they gave them to TForce (who apparently have the most abysmal delivery/customer service rating) for delivery in Canada, and both numbers show they haven't physically received the items. So the prints have been off grid since the 11th.
