The VICTUS HAZE exercise appears to be proceeding as planned. Based on the TLEs, Puma synchronized orbit about 100 km from Jackal on Jun 23. On Jun 25 Jackal made an evasion manuver. In the most recent TLEs Puma had not yet responded.

Based on analysis of TLEs, the Chinese Space Station
made a 3.2 m/s reboost on Oct 17 at about 0947 UTC

It appears that when a cargo ship like Tianzhou-9 (64786) docks with a space station like Tianhe (48274), it stops getting independent TLEs and someone at Space Force types a command of the form "tie 64786 to 48274" so that 64786 just gets copies of 48274's TLEs. BUT....

I haven't seen any official announcement, but TLEs show ISS orbit boost using the Dragon boost trunk did occur as scheduled on Oct 14 at 1812 UTC

TLEs now out for the Astranis sats, in a 350 x 64600 km x 12.3 deg transfer orbit.
Still no TLEs for Bandwagon-2 sats.
