Two other things about this:
1) this is why it's important to talk about how anti-trans laws actually do negatively impact cis people
2) this is why the tme/tma dichotomy is obsolete

this is exactly it. Conservatives are treating all girls -both cis and trans - as if they were trans until they submit to a privacy evading, state sponsored sexual assault.
What worries me is that this group, and others like it, are essentially accepting the fascist premise that all girls are “trans until proven otherwise”. The issue for cis girls isn’t really about being trans or not - fascists are reinventing a type of acceptable misogyny in a post-feminist world.

Why do so many TME progressives insist on portraying trans women as masculine - with bulging muscles, chiseled jawlines, and full beards - as the right and progressive thing to do, even as trans women near-unanimously decry it?

I think if you have infinite grace for white TME people you want to date while also demonstrating a pattern of turning on and shit talking/slandering white trans women that you were interested in that did nothing to you there's a term that you should think about while staring into the mirror
