I'm glad that with the way Cynthia talks about it it seems that Míriel will have a choice in that marriage, but to me it doesn't make it any less horrifying. Having to do choose between marrying and the slaughter of countless people is still being forced to do it.

Scrutinising the trailer again, and I am sure that the Dwarf kneeling before Sauron is not Durin. I think it's the brother, Thrain, after he usurps and exiles Durin.
The beard is similar to Thrain's in this, and he seems to have longer hair than Durin.
