Tysabri is a drug that modifies T-cells to not cross the blood-brain barrier, to treat MS. My daughter gets an infusion every 6 weeks, and has been stable for over 20 years.

I in particular have zero sympathy because UHC denied my claim to get my medicine for my MS. They instead wanted to put me on one called Tysabri. The thing about Tysabri is that, if you're JCV positive, there's a chance that you'll get something from it called PML which is basically super-MS

Random thought - As I have weined off of Tysabri- multiple schlerosis injection - my memory improved from where it had degraded to and I am not sprouting bruises nearly as bad as what it was on the medicine.
