I'm happy with todays progress. I stopped because I kept making mistakes with the pattern so I had to unpick
Taaniko is such a great teacher.
If you keep making mistakes it's time to stop, think about the choices you're making and don't make the same mistakes again.

I wove a kete out of Taaniko and faux leather for my moko. A kete for every birthday means that at 9 years of age, she now has more kete than me 💜

Taaniko is all about maths. Had they taught maths to me in school - using Taaniko as an example I may have passed 😊
But then again - I failed Art as well lol.

Walking, running on trails, love the outdoors, the peace, birdsong, nature. Wild swimming esp in lakes, the wildness of oceans excites & scares me in equal measure. Avid reader for learning & pleasure. Making stuff - knit, sew, raranga, taaniko, drawing...not very good at any of it but I enjoy it!
