it was so nasty, chicken was dry and the broth was literally slime, i think they put sauce in it or something. i never ate at tahinis before so my guess is they just suck and that someone with a real gourmand's soul could make a proper shawarma ramen... actually hold on... im having an idea....

For tahinis, she recommends Haddar by Baracke, Soom, or 365 brand. I don’t know much about tahini but used Soom and it was delicious and the hummus was PERFECT.

HUMMUS and TAHINIS are the foods of LIFE! Also very tastily made with butter beans but not the American kind that have sugar & salt in the can water. Instead use the European kind that just have no salt water and a taste of butter beans! And far easier to mash if your blender is bust.
