tailwind shades went from a vs code extension, pick a color and get its 50-950 palette, to also a cli and an mcp server, so an agent gets a real palette instead of guessing hex steps.

tailwind v4.3.3: &__element bem nesting compiles to an invalid selector, native nesting parses selector trees, not string concatenation. no fix yet; workaround is an explicit class name or a preprocessor pass first.

tailwind v4.3.3 turns css nesting like .block { &__element {...} } into an invalid selector, :is(.block)__element. reported as a regression against 4.3.0-4.3.2, bisected to that exact patch.
