Japońska sieć ramenowni z pierwszym lokalem w Polsce. Standardowe ceny (ok. 50 zł) i porcje, całkiem smaczna zupa, ale spodziewałem się więcej po mięsie. Wzięliśmy Classic Miso Tonkotsu oraz Katsu Curry Miso.
Warto spróbować.

Canning broth takesan intentional investment of time, but it's meditative. Watching the pressure gauge and day dreaming about all the goodness in those jars and all the good things I can make with it brings me a deeper sense of gratitude & peace. It is certainly a magical ritual for me.

Le vegan ramen de takesan donabe est tres decevant. Peu de goût, terreux, aucune complexite et servi bcp trop chaud. Seul bon point : les nouilles. Mais c’est un 4/10 pour moi. Surtout la boisson aux prunes nulle aussi.
