cool new hearthstone for talebound. my problem with new hearthstones is that i seem to rarely use actual hearthstones these days with all the xpac specific ports the game usually provides being more useful, e.g. arccantina. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bPleJzh-0lg

This month sucks ass for retail wow. trading post has almost nothing. the bonus reward is broken. the chef outfit is 700 tender when it should be no more than 500, and talebound, which already doesnt give me high hopes.

I'm hoping we go back to it after the Worldsoul Saga, especially since they *do* still use the iconic logo for side modes like Talebound and Remix.

Using a controller in Talebound is a bit wonky right now but doable. You have to use the console command to activate it in the regular mode of WoW and then go back to Talebound.
I haven't been able to get option selections working and then using mouse confuses the key display.

On the one hand, Talebound looks interesting from a potential narrative perspective (I mean, I'm assuming there are actual stories involved in something called Talebound), but like Plunderstorm and the hide and seek game, I fundamentally don't log into WoW to NOT play WoW.

They kind of are doing exactly that through the experimental gamemodes. Talebound is basically that vibed Azeroth Survivors game except Blizzard started working on it during TWW. XBOX is also experimenting with vibing things inside of their franchises through XBOX labs, but not a big fan of that.
