My husband's employer program gives 10 therapy visits free as well as talkspace...Lol if the therapist can stand me its perfect. I used to drive people nuts with long drawn out text messages or emails...i overexplain everything. Its a very neuro diverse thing I think

While I’ve enjoyed the convenience of Talkspace, I’m l someone who prefers therapy in person. I’m pretty specific about what I’m looking for in a therapist, and for whatever reason, I have a bias against male therapists.

was just notified my psychiatrist has been laid off by talkspace. she put in my prescriptions for 90 days each so i won't run out before i find an new provider. i'll miss her. she really nailed what meds i would need to feel like a functioning person
