HOWEVER. the reason why i still argue in favor of this being a tamatim movie is because. SINCE the movie is in certain ways an inversion of their ideas on creation, the logical leaps you have to take in order to connect them are more fun.
of course a great function of fanfics and fan-ideas is that you can explore the things that Never happen in canon. like andrey freaking the fuck out over being psychologically analyzed. but still. [has to return to this 2000s style flamewar manifesto later.]
