Running the CLI migrates your .taskless/ layout. That covers the directory. A rule whose matching changed under a new engine version comes through untouched.
taskless update walks a ledger and names what changed for the rules you have. 0.11.2 makes init tell you to run it.

We didn't get much traction on Taskless Cloud as a SaaS product, but it will always be available as a BYODB open source project. Hilariously, we used the marketing assets to test various ad platforms for intent to buy vs brand awareness and may have accidentally discovered the post-AI secret sauce.
