I love having a second sona to sorta fill in the gaps for stuff that doesn't work as well for TaxRaptor. Anything more anthro-leaning, like wearing cute outfits or exercising, works better with a more anthro character. And anthro TaxRaptor feels cursed to me lol

Freak in the sheets📝
#art #TaxRaptor
An illustration of TaxRaptor against an Excel spreadsheet background. Integrated into the UI of the spreadsheet and into TaxRaptor's markings are lines from "C.R.E.A.M." by the Wu Tang Clan: "Cash Rules Everything Around me / C.R.E.A.M. / Get the money / Dollar dollar bills y'all."

Today I got hit on by a stranger for the first time in years. I didn't even know people still did the "call me" gesture.

TaxRaptor and ZapRaptor are sitting on a stopped train with the window behind TaxRaptor. She hears a knock at the window and turns to see an allosaurus pointing at her and doing the "call me" hand gesture. TaxRaptor blushes and looks surprised.

Actual footage of TaxRaptor and Lawstroraptor getting their government (ZapRaptor) assigned KPop idol.
(I drew this during the concert, hence the weird lighting)

Pen acquired! ZapRaptor appreciates her much taller sisters, especially for outdoor concerts. 💜

(I drew TaxRaptor a little too big here, she should be shorter than Lawstroraptor...pretend she's standing on a book or something)
#art #TaxRaptor #RacecarPitStop
A pen doodle of Lawstroraptor, ZapRaptor, and TaxRaptor. ZapRaptor is between her sisters, visually much shorter than them, and excitedly says, "I feel like I have bodyguards!" She is wearing a lot of bracelets and is holding a light stick.

The new Burbank Airport is WAY better than LAX.

Nearly done with Wuthering Heights and I feel like I understand the romance genre even less now.
#art #TaxRaptor #RacecarPitStop #comic #booksky
A two panel comic featuring TaxRaptor holding a copy of the book Wuthering Heights. Panel 1: TaxRaptor happily says, "I don't feel like I 'get' romance... I'll read the genre classics to understand it." Panel 2: 400 pages later, TaxRaptor looks haggard and distressed while reading the book. She quietly says, "what the fuck"

A two-panel comic featuring TaxRaptor, a purple and white Austroraptor, and her mom MathRaptor, a pink Dakotaraptor with coloration inspired by Galah cockatoos. Noodling with designs for my parents. Can't decide if I want to interpret my dad's facial hair as turkey-like wattles or as a Yutyrannus beard. Mom is pretty much spot-on, though.
#art #RacecarPitStop
Pencil sketches of three dinosaurs: a male Yutyrannus with a thick beard of feathers, a male Acrocanthosaurus with turkey-like wattles and sparse feathering, and a female Dakotaraptor who is particularly short and has thicker feathers on her legs and feet. She looks most like ZapRaptor, but you can see some elements of TaxRaptor here and there.

Three feathered dromaeosaurs: 1. ZapRaptor, a blue Dakotaraptor with feather crests resembling shark fins and tail. She has stripes and large wing feathers, and has thick feathers around her feet. 2. TaxRaptor, a purple Austroraptor with white sections and darker purple markings. She is wearing an eyestrain visor and a pen on her head. She also has thick feathers around her feet, thicker than ZapRaptor. 3. Lawstroraptor, a more aquatically adapted Austroraptor than TaxRaptor. She is maroon with horizontal stripes and has a sleeker, speedier look, with a small crest of feathers on her shoulders. She lacks the thick feet feathers of her sisters.
