This study has some limitations, such as the inability to investigate IgG anti-S antibody levels after the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses of the vaccine; therefore, it was not possible to compare the antibody levels after each vaccination. #Tcellimmunity has not yet been evaluated.

Age and viral evolution reduce CD4⁺ T cell reactivity to the conserved iCope epitope, while humoral cross reactivity remains mutation sensitive only.
