I hadn't processed it but wow, yeah: a tattoo which an ICE officer subjectively views as being linked to the gang has the same weight as a law enforcement source "identifying subject as a member of TDA" and is only one point less than "Court records identifying the subject as a member of TDA"
A tattoo has the same score as an arrest record.
