learning vgc/doubles format via Champions has been fun as hell though. been slowly grinding out to Ultra 2 rank and testing teambuilds (i finally have enough pokemon to actually copy teams over just making my own lol)

This game's cover is, in no small part, why I got into furry. It helps that Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness is also a neat offshoot of the main series, chock full of older mons and unique teambuilds, and the greatest Lugia form. It might be slow by today's standards, but I still adore this one so much.

Id still say its harder than normal mode for the improved AI/teambuilds, Cheren having one more mon is rough *if you don't decide to get a Riolu
