Ugh, those brackets this year are miserable! I tend to support #teamClay but facing off against metal? Btw, both sound like people from other planets in a very goofy scifi series. I need to read more arguments first.

Obvs I'm backing Lizardite and sepiolite 'cos I'm team clay 4 lyfe. But interesting to see vivianite, aka the missing mineral, back in the running with Fluorapatite, the very not missing mineral. Phosphates are phos-GREAT! #MineralCup #TeamClay

Kaolinite preserved this fossil for over a billion years, and forms the mug I'm drinking coffee from. Zircons cool but TMK can't preserve fossils, and has never held my beverages. #ClaysForDays #TeamClay #geology ⚒️ fossil is 300 microns long.
