Last night, after speaking on how LLMs and RAG evolved at AIDLE in London, one of the organizers told me this talk (given at Halfstack a few months prior and recorded here from TechLeadConf) was "life-changing." I've heard this several times before, so here it is again:

Almost halfway through the first day of #TechLeadConf already! After lunch I'll share why #InternalDeveloperPlatforms are the foundation for succeeding with AI adoption!

From GitHub's public data, developer activities went up roughly 25% across issues closed, pull requests merged and code pushes on monthly average between 2024 and 2025! We are doing *more* software development and we need to adapt to keep up! #TechLeadConf
