It's about the landline to fibre switchover, telecare, not being able to run a landline separate to your broadband, who to call first, who needs to act first, and how much more it'll cost thanks to the upgrade.

OH has had to be abandoned - let Social Work know what has happened and that I have no idea when I will be back, could be weeks. Friend giving med prompt in the evening, SW has put Telecare in place as OH can’t really use mobile or house phone and are trying to arrange extra pop in visits.
