City manager updates council on Riverwalk bids, Riverview streetscape and airfield grant
City Manager Scott Collins told the study session that bids for the Tap 5 Riverwalk River Uplift Project are out, Riverview District sign-and-light work should start within two weeks with completion on or about Oct. 17, and surface transportation block-grant offers for the airfield project are moving forward.
