I just added my kit for @ambahobrien.bsky.social Aurora Hunter shawl.

I was inspired by the Carrington Event where the auroras were so intense they were seen in the tropics. Ive paired the minis with a bright pink purple skein 🧶

Wrap on mannequin it is simply draped once over shoulder. The mohair sections allow a glimpse through the wrap. Wrap is now worn in a style where it is doubled over and pulled through itself like a scarf. Its bulk is around the neck Wrap on the mannequin is worn once around the neck and loosely through itself once Wrap is now loosely over the shoulders with one end going from the back to over a shoulder again creating a loose draped feel

Well I miscalculated my mohair usage so I am back using the creamier mohair for the rest… if i run out Ill have a think about which colour to use next. When i knit the #jollyjumper i used more of the pink mohair in the waistband, collar and cuffs.
