Rape Of 8 Year Old Girl

She gave evidence and testimony to Senate Judiciary Committee.
You. Must. Watch. This.

Dr Larissa Portnoff is a clinical psychologist who graduated from Columbia. On Nov 1, she posted this, outing herself as one of the Jane Does who gave evidence to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

America? You cannot ignore this. It’s past fucking time. Spread the word.

You have to watch her video. She's begging the world to listen.

LOCK THEM UP!
Democrats now have the power to subpoena documents, demand testimony, and expose potential abuses of power.
They should use that power responsibly, follow the evidence, and refuse to let political connections protect anyone from scrutiny.

In LA and just saw my first Cybertruck! Burst out laughing at that janky ass ED-209 falling down the stairs looking motherfucker

This. The thing about oversight is it’s not the explosive testimony—that’s a movie thing—it’s the way subpoena and agenda-setting power in the opposition changes everyone’s incentives.
It's always dicey to predict what will happen in the next election as soon as another ends, but it seems especially so in this moment.

We're about to go see two years of leaks, infighting, and investigations at the federal, state and local level. There's a world of scandals we haven't even met yet.

The stooge testimony is still in Great Leader thrall.

The citizen testimony is withering and contemptuous. And in keeping with Voice of the People, as it has just been registered at the polls.

I wonder if the AG can fit investigations in between his testimony to Congressional Committees?
November 7, 2026 at 9:42 PM
There’s still work to do!

For anyone who thinks Trump can just veto his way out of accountability, here’s what Democrats CAN do w/control of Congress:

🔥 Launch investigations into corruption & abuses of power

🔥 Issue subpoenas & compel testimony

You know what else is going to be a fucking riot? The testimony of fired/run off military leaders and agency staffers.

Amazing.

Vivek Ramaswamy took the "rare step" of submitting public testimony against a data center in Ashville, but Jake Zuckerman checked the metadata and found the testimony was actually written by anti-vaccine quack Stephanie Stock the Polio Princess.

Judge Mustafa Kasubhai held ICE's arrest reports up against its officer's sworn testimony. Then he wrote that ICE, "through their own conduct, have lost trust." What it has to hand over now: www.dworkinsubstack.com/p/trumps-cre...

JUST IN: A federal judge is encouraging his colleagues to call ICE officers in for live testimony on the witness stand, concluding that without direct scrutiny and cross-examination, routine lies will go unpunished.

Best Solution Impeach Her, First. The testimony will bury Donald J Trump.

My favourite legal tidbit. If Trump pardoned his staff people, they can no longer plead the fifth during testimony to Congress.
Buckle up, the main character has dropped.
“LAWYER UP.”

Rep. Robert Garcia has a blunt warning for Stephen Miller after Trump promotes him to White House chief of staff.

After quarreling with Gauguin in December 1888, Van Gogh severed part of his ear.
The following January, he painted Self-Portrait with Bandaged Ear—turning injury into testimony.

I want to share this excellent testimony from my friend’s kiddo at the Budget Hearing last night. Preparing testimony on an issue they cared about was part of their work in their SPS high school Civics class. Go youth!!!

Also El-Sayed had to endure some of the most racist, Islamophobic attacks ever seen in a U.S. election — being called a “jihadist” and an “enemy” who “hates America.” UFB

That he won by 7% is testimony to his strength as a candidate.

Dozens of members of the public — architects, veterans, even a retired general — have urged the commission not to move forward with Trump’s arch.

This was particularly scathing testimony from Susan Douglas, an activist who joined virtually from a protest at the planned site.
