I spent much of last week in Prof. Ron Pearlman’s @YorkUScience lab learning how to use #CRISPR gene editing in #Tetahymena (aka ciliates). We are trying to make them antibiotic resistant. Tomorrow morning I get to find out if it worked - so exciting! @YUResearch
